Electrostatic discharges can occur anywhere when people are working. Besides the inconvenience there are many risks: the 'flash over' with the risk of fire or explosion, damage to electronic components and interference in automated processes. Enormous production areas, deserted, remote control, air cushion transport, 240,000 Volt.... Automated production processes and logistics; cabling for robots, induction cables for transport systems, Automatic Guided Vehicles.

Bolidt's R& D Department developed a unique conductive synthetic floor finish. The Bolidtop Stato has over its entire surface, on every square mm of the floor, the same 'discharge' of static electricity according to the unique principle of spot conductivity.Even after many years use this floor system shows no reduction in its conductive value, as indicated by TNO research. This Bolidt Stato has a 'high definition' conductivity value, which can be adapted to the standards of the customer.

The Bolidtop Stato system is used all over the world and is geared to the many specific global standards, such as: NFPA 56A – VGVK8 – DoD Instruction 4145.26-M – VDE 0100/Teil600 – DIN 51.953 – Ericsson standard St 22 DIV 2 nrt. 1528-119 Ue – EOS/ESD-DS 7.1 – EN 1081 – IEC 61340 – BS 2050 – EN 1815 – ISO 6356 – ESD ST 97.2. Furthermore, this floor is not only extremely technically advanced, but also mechanically strong. It comes in various surface textures and is available in Uni and Deco design.

For every question, a specific floor solution.

Bolidt has a worldwide experience in the electronics and high-tech. Succesfully we are working for:

Tulip Computers
Te Strake Electronics
Magnetic Data
Barco Graphics
Océ International
Mietec Alcatel
Philips Electronics
Head Electronics

Continental Teves
Philips Lighting
Philips Semiconductor
Icos Vision Systems
Minolta QMS
Hewlett Packard

Many different flooring systems apply to the electronics and high-tech; from coatings with a thickness of 100 µ up to synthetic systems of 10 mm. Prices depend greatly on the size of the surface and the choice of flooring system.

For a 1,000 m² prices range between € 15 per m² for a thin functional coating and € 110 per m² for an exceptionally high quality, state-of-the-art flooring system.

To give you a more specific insight into our price structure, we invite you for a consultation to determine the most appropriate flooring for your space.
